This Agreement is a legally binding contract between you and Samnic Tech. You agree to these terms by accepting electronically OR, by clicking “I Agree”, installing, accessing, or using the Services. You may not use the Services if you do not agree to this Agreement.

GENERAL TERMS

1. AGREEMENT
This Agreement describes the terms that govern your use of the Samnic Tech online services made available to you on this website, including content, updates, and new releases, collectively referred to as the “Services.” It incorporates by reference
❖ The Samnic Tech Privacy Statement provided to you in the Services available on the website or otherwise provided to you.
❖ Additional Terms and Conditions, which may include third-party terms and conditions.
❖ Any terms provided to you separately for the Services, such as product or programme terms, ordering, activation, payment terms, and so on.

2. PAYMENT
Unless Samnic Tech or a third party affiliate notifies you otherwise in writing, the following terms apply to Services offered on a payment or subscription basis. This Agreement also incorporates by reference and includes programme ordering and
payment terms provided to you on the website for the Services:
(a) Payments will be shown and charged to you in INR (Indian Rupees) OR USD (depending on the location of service), and your account will be debited when
you subscribe and provide your payment information, unless otherwise stated in the programme ordering or payment terms on the website for the Services. You must pay using one of the following methods:
● Samnic Tech accepts a valid wallet, UPI ID, and credit card.
● Samnic Tech accepts valid debit cards.
● Sometimes EMI is an option (if offered from our end)
● sufficient funds in a checking or savings account to cover a payment due
electronic debit
● Additional cancellation or renewal terms for the Services may be provided to you
on the website.
(b) We may suspend or terminate your account and refuse any use of the Services if your payment and registration information is not accurate, current, and complete, and you do not promptly notify us when such information changes.
If you do not notify us of changes to your payment method, we will assume and to avoid interruption of service, we may participate in programmes supported by your card provider, such as updater services, recurring billing programmes, and
so on, to try to update your payment information, and you authorize us to continue billing your account with the updated information that we obtain. 

(c) Unless the Services are canceled or terminated under this Agreement,  Samnic Tech will automatically renew your monthly, quarterly, or annual Services at the then-current rates.

3. THE RIGHTS YOU HAVE TO USE THE SERVICES
The Services are protected by copyright, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may only use the Services for the purposes that Samnic Tech has specified. Samnic Tech reserves all other rights in the Services. Samnic Tech grants you a personal, limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable right and license to use the Services until the termination of this Agreement, as long as you meet any applicable payment
obligations and comply with the terms of this Agreement.You agree not to use or allow others to use the Services or content in any way that violates any applicable law, regulation, or this Agreement. You have agreed to refrain from:
(a)Make the Services available through any file-sharing or application-hosting service.
Allow third-party access to or use of the Services.
(b) The Services may not be modified, altered, copied, sold or resold and disassembled,
in any way.

4. INFORMATION ABOUT YOU
Samnic Tech’s Privacy Statement is available with the Services and on the Services’ website. You agree to the applicable Samnic Tech Privacy Statement as well as any changes made by Samnic Tech. Samnic Tech is a global company that may access or store personal information in countries other than your own, to the extent permitted by applicable law. As part of the Services, you agree that Samnic Tech may use and
maintain your data in accordance with the Samnic Tech Privacy Statement. You authorize Samnic Tech to combine information you enter or upload for the Services with information entered or uploaded by other users of the Services and Samnic Tech services

5. FOR USE WITH MOBILE DEVICES
These Services can be accessed using software, an Internet connection, or a mobile device that is compatible. You acknowledge that the terms of your mobile device and telecommunications provider agreements, as well as any applicable changes, updates and fees, are solely your responsibility. We disclaim all warranties and representations, whether express, statutory, or implied, regarding the following: the accessibility of telecommunication services from your provider at any time and from any location; any
loss, damage, or other security intrusion of the telecommunication services; and any disclosure of information to third parties.

6. ABOUT CONTENT
You are solely accountable for your content. You are solely responsible for any and all Content uploaded, posted, or stored as a result of your use of the Services. All required and appropriate warnings, information, and disclosures must be provided. Samnic Tech is not liable for any Content or data you submit via the Services.You grant Samnic Tech a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host and use any Content provided through your use of the Services. Frequently archive your content. You are liable for any
lost or irretrievable Content. You agree not to use the Services, or allow any third party to use them, to upload, post, distribute, link to, publish, reproduce, engage in, or transmit any of the following,
including but not limited to:
1. Unless specifically authorized in writing by Samnic Tech, investment opportunities, solicitations, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or other unsolicited commercial communication, or engage in spamming :- any disruptive or harmful software or data, such as a virus, worm, or Trojan horse; and any data, software,
or content that is not legally yours and that you have accessed without the owner’s of the copyrights or other intellectual property rights’ consent.
2. Information or communications of any kind that violate local, state, federal, or foreign laws, are illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, profane, threatening, abusive, hateful, harassing, or that would encourage “flaming” others. This includes content that would impersonate someone else or falsely
represent your identity or qualifications, or that would violate secrecy. Samnic Tech is free to use any suggestions you make. You give Samnic Tech a perpetual, worldwide, fully sublicensable, transferable,
irrevocable, fully paid-up, and royalty-free license to use your feedback however they see fit. You agree that Samnic Tech is free to use your comments, ideas, and suggestions however they see fit, including in upcoming updates to the Services, other goods or services, or promotional materials.
Public forums
The Services might have a discussion board or other social features where users can share content and information with each other and the general public. The content in these community forums is not supported by Samnic Tech, and neither is it its responsibility. When interacting with other users, kindly show them respect. Don’t divulge any information that you don’t want the public to know. Hypertext links to
third-party content may be posted by users, for which Samnic Tech is not liable.
Your Content may be watched by Samnic Tech
Any Content that Samnic Tech believes to be unacceptable, undesirable, inappropriate, or in violation of this Agreement may be refused to post, removed, or refused removal in whole or in part.Samnic Tech has the option to monitor the Services’ content, but this is not a requirement. In order to comply with legal requirements, safeguard Samnic Tech or its clients, or maintain the functionality of the Services, we may disclose any information we deem necessary.

7. ADVANCED TERMS
We may tell you about other Samnic Tech services. Other services, goods, or promotions might be presented to you by Samnic Tech. There might be additional conditions as well as charges. You authorise Samnic Tech to mix any of your business data with that of others in a way that does not personally identify you or any other person. Furthermore, you give Samnic Tech permission to distribute or publish any such promotions.You can upload or enter data from your account(s), such as names, addresses, and phone numbers, as well as information about your purchases, to the Internet with some Samnic Tech Services.
Connections
By law, Samnic Tech may be required to send you communications regarding the Services or Third Party Products. You agree that Samnic Tech may send you these communications via email or through our websites. You’ll keep track of your passwords and approve updates. Periodic updates to the Services may include new functions, utilities, third-party applications, or general improvements. You agree by accepting these updates. You are responsible for keeping your Services password secure, and you should contact Samnic Tech if you discover any unauthorized access to your account.

REACHING VIA CONTACT
You consent to Samnic Tech sending pre-recorded voicemails and automated text messages to the phone number you provide for certain other limited purposes, such as notifying you of crucial information regarding your use of the Services or carrying out a request you have made. Your contact number can be given to us as part of your customer record, during registration, or in other ways. You are aware of this and
consent to Samnic Tech using your phone number for multi-factor authentication, identity verification, and account security purposes. Samnic Tech may send text messages containing security codes to your contact number as a part of the multi-factor authentication identity verification process. In order to complete the multi-factor authentication process, you consent to receiving texts from Samnic Tech that contain
security codes.

8. REFUSAL OF WARRANTIES
Samnic Tech, its affiliates, and suppliers make no representations or warranties that your use of the services will satisfy or ensure compliance with any legal obligations, laws, or regulations. Samnic Tech and its affiliates and suppliers do not guarantee that the services will be safe, free of bugs, viruses, interruptions, errors, theft, or destruction.You alone bear the risk of using the services, programmes, and content. The services are offered “as is” and not in accordance with any other terms of this agreement. To the
fullest extent permitted by law, Samnic Tech, its affiliates, and its third-party providers, licensors, distributors, or suppliers disclaim all warranties, including those relating to the services’ suitability for a particular purpose, title, merchantability, data loss prevention, non-infringement of third-party intellectual property rights, and accuracy, reliability, quality, or content included in or linked to the services.

9. Samnic Tech, its affiliates, and suppliers’ total liability for all claims relating to this agreement shall be limited to the total amount you paid for the services during the 1 year prior to such claim, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Samnic Tech, its affiliates, and suppliers are not responsible for any of the following, to the extent permitted by law:
Damages relating to corruption, security, loss or theft of data, viruses, spyware, loss of business, revenue, profits, or investment, or use of software or hardware that does not adhere to Samnic Tech system requirements include 

(a) indirect, special, incidental,punitive, or consequential damages; and (b) damages relating to failures of telecommunications, the internet, electronic communications, corruption, security, loss or theft of data, viruses, or spyware. Even if Samnic Tech and its affiliates and suppliers have been informed of the possibility of such damages, the aforementioned limitations still hold true. This agreement outlines Samnic Tech’s and its affiliates’ complete liability as well as your one and only remedy with regard to the services and their use.**** By using the Services or violating this Agreement, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Samnic Tech, its Affiliates, and Suppliers harmless from any and all liabilities, claims, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs. Samnic Tech reserves the right to take on the sole responsibility for defending any Claims at its own expense and sole discretion. You consent to reasonably assist Samnic Tech as it requests in the defense of any Claims.

10. Agreement Modification
We reserve the right to modify or stop offering the Services entirely or in part. By using the Services going forward, you agree to the changes.Any changes to this Agreement will be effective when they are posted via the Services, on our website for the Services, or when we notify you in another way. We reserve the right to make changes at any time.

11. Agreement or Rules Cancellation
In order to protect the integrity of our services and systems and to comply with  applicable Samnic Tech policy, Samnic Tech may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, restrict, deny, terminate, or suspend this agreement or the Services, in whole or in part, with immediate effect. It may also do so if you violate this Agreement or if you no longer consent to receiving electronic communications. Any unpaid fees will become due immediately after termination, and you must stop using the Services. Any termination of this Agreement shall not affect Samnic Tech’s rights to any payments due to it. Samnic Tech may terminate a free account at any time. Sections 2, 3 through 14 will survive and remain in effect even if the Agreement is terminated.

12. Import & Export Limitation
You agree that, to the extent consistent with Indian law, the Services provided by Samnic Tech are subject to limitations imposed by applicable Indian Import & Export control laws, including Indian trade embargoes and sanctions and security requirements. You acknowledge that you are responsible for adhering to all applicable laws and regulations and that you will not directly or indirectly export, re-export, import, or otherwise make products and/or technical data available in violation of those laws.

13. Samnic Tech Study Material Private Use
All study materials given to delegates, partners, and affiliates are intellectual property of Samnic Tech. Therefore, without written permission, no part of any course materials may be copied, transmitted digitally, mechanically, by photocopy, recorded, or translated into another language.

14. GENERAL.
This Agreement supersedes all prior oral or written communications and agreements between you and Samnic Tech and governs its subject matter in its entirety. Any section of this Agreement that is deemed invalid by any court with jurisdiction will be deleted without affecting the remaining portions of the Agreement. The remaining provisions shall be enforceable and valid. Any assignment made in breach of this Section is void.
